Frequently asked questions
Extensive research has demonstrated that sleep training is not harmful to babies or children. Studies indicate that after sleep training, infants have lower levels of cortisol, the stress hormone. Additionally, research shows that the attachment between infants and caregivers remains unchanged following sleep training. In fact, some parents report an improvement in bonding with their children because everyone is more well-rested.
Since I dedicate significant time and effort to designing custom sleep plans for your baby, packages are non-refundable. However, I am committed to helping you get your family’s sleep back on track. My success rate is nearly 100%, with unsuccessful attempts being extremely rare. Usually, if sleep challenges persist, it is due to medical or other conditions disrupting sleep. In such cases, we will consult with your Pediatrician to determine the best path forward.
All of my plans are tailored specifically to your family’s needs, so babies and children of all ages—from newborns up to 9 years old—can benefit from sleep training.
f you book your package today, you will hear back from me within 24 hours. I only take on a few clients each month to ensure that you receive my full attention and support as we work to improve your baby’s sleep.
Absolutely! The packages are the same price for twins and triplets. If you have multiple children in your household of different ages who need sleep support, please contact me to discuss additional add-ons to packages.
I have been a mom for over nine years and have often been a part-time single parent due to the military and my husband’s night shifts. I understand what it’s like to parent solo and deal with sleep struggles. My oldest daughter lives in two households, so I have firsthand experience with the challenges of resetting night routines when children move between homes.

Restful nights can feel impossible when your child is struggling to sleep
but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
